When I was younger I  would sneak into the kitchen to cook when my parents weren't home.  I spent a considerable amount of time recreating recipes from the age of 7 watching some of my favorite cooking shows on PBS.

 

I watched meticulous how meals were prepared in our kitchen as a child no matter who was cooking. Like my Grandmother Rebecca, I do not use recipes and I do not measure any ingredients, so this website was quite a challenge.

 

 I've expanded my skills and traveled all over the world to learn from the best. Cooking brings me joy and it's an honor to share my gifts and talents with you.
