1 cup flour
2 T chili powder
1 t kosher salt
1 black pepper, freshly ground
3 T Adobo Seasoning
3 T Mrs. Dash Grilled Chicken Blend
3 T Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1 teaspoon paprika
3 T Garlic powder
2 T of Creole Seasoning
20 chicken wings, or drumettes
2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
½ cup honey
2 T Liquid Smoke
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
3 T A1
3 T Franks Red Hot - Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 425°F
Prep a Cookie sheet with Parchment paper and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine flour, and all dry ingredients except the brown sugar. Coat the wings in the flour evenly.
Place the floured wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 50 minutes, turn over halfway, skin will be brown and crispy.
Preheat oven to 500°F (250°C).
In a separate bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, wet ingredients and brown sugar. Stir the cooked wings in the sauce and coat them evenly.
Place wings back on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until a nice shiny crust forms and caramelizes
Place the additional Sauce in a bowl and use it to dip the warm wings.
