Boozy Peach Ice Cream

INGREDIETNS

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 14 oz can) - Use a quality brand

  • 1/2 cup New Amsterdam Peach Vodka

  • 2 chopped and blanched peaches with skin off


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add heavy cream to mixing bowl.

  • Whip for 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form. 

  • Pour in sweetened condensed milk and Peach Vodka.

  • Whisk just until combined and slowly add chopped peaches

  • Pour into loaf pan and freeze for 24 hours

  • Enjoy
