Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls



Sometimes all you need is a little inspiration. to all of the wonderful bloggers and chefs who create wonderful recipes. The peach cobbler cinnamon rolls are a fabulous ending to a wonderful day.


Preheat oven to 400


3 cans of Grands Cinnamon Rolls


Press the Rolls into cupcake liners while they are placed inside the cupcake tin. Be sure to leave room for the cobbler mixture by spreading the dough up the sides to form a cup.


3 cans of peaches drained

1/2 C Flour

1/4 C Cornstarch

1/4 C light brown Sugar

1 T Cinnamon

1 t Nutmeg

1 t Allspice

2 T fresh lemon juice

1 T Cake Batter Extract

Mix above ingredients in a bowl and spoon into each cup


On a separate bowl


Crumble topping:

10 T soft sweet cream butter

1 C sifted flour

1 C Light brown sugar

1/2 t cloves

2 T cinnamon


Mix until it forms a crumble like texture, keep adding flour by the teaspoon until you reach this texture


Spoon over the peaches


Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown toating the cupcake tip at the 7 minute mark.


While the peach cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are baking, make the icing.


1/2 C melted butter - make sure its not hot

2.5 C sifted powdered sugar

4 T of heavy cream or milk add more for thinner consistency

1 T vanilla

1/8 t lemon juice


Mix above ingredients and drizzle on top of the cooled Cinnamon Rolls
