Peanut Butter Bourbon Pound Cake

Who says you have to drink your Bourbon?
Ingredients
Cake
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups white sugar
6 eggs
1 package cream cheese
1/4 cup of peanut butter Bourbon
1 ½ cups butter
1 T vanilla extract
Icing
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 T creamy peanut butter
5 T of Screwball Peanut Butter Bourbon
1 T Vanilla Extract
1 T melted butter
Dash of sea salt
Add water to thin out icing to desired consistency.
Mix the above icing ingredients together and drizzle over cooled pound cake.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees .
Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Slowly add sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add eggs two at a time
Incorporate the flour and mix until combined
Add vanilla and bourbon
Pour into a Bundt Pan and Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
While in the pan pour 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter Bourbon on the hot pound cake, it will automatically be absorbed into the cake - This step is Optional
Turn the Bundt cake over on desired cake stand.
Once turned out on a cake stand drizzle with icing.
