Pecan Cherry Tartlets

Each Christmas Season, I spend hours in the Kitchen Baking. This year I've decide to cut back in the kitchen and spend more time with Loved Ones. To implement this change I will incorporate quick, fun, and easy dishes. These Tarts are quick and fun; the kids will enjoy the time they spend in the kitchen with you.

1 pack of Sugar cookies - 24 count

Place each cookie into the mini cupcake tin

1 pack of Chopped Pecans

Spoon 1 Tablespoon of chopped pecans on the unbaked sugar cookie

Bake at 350* for 10-12 Minutes or until Golden Brown

While hot take the end of a rolling pin or wooden spoon and make a hole in the center.

Let cool

Remove gently from the mini baking cupcake pan.

Place on a cooling Rack or Cutting Board

1 can of Cherry Pie Filling

* Note: (I place the pie filling in a bowl and refrigerate before use)

Add a heaping Tablespoon or more of your favorite Cherry Pie Filling

1/2 cup of white chocolate

Melt in the microwave 15 seconds at a time

Stir each time to prevent burning

Once the chocolate is completely melted, place in a piping bag or sandwich bag

Using a toothpick or scissors, cut a very tiny hole to release the chocolate

Decorate the tart with the melted chocolate as you see fit.

Let the white chocolate harden and ENJOY!
