Pecan Cinnamon Roll Bundt Loaf

People all over the world stay up late at night to wrap gifts for loved ones and some indulge a young child's heart by placing Milk and Cookies out for the Big Guy. This recipe is Oh So Good when shared in the late evening while wrapping gifts or watching the last Christmas Movie before the Big Day. Warm gooey caramel topped with toasted pecans and icing.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Stick of quality melted butter

  • 1 to 2 C of Whole Pecans - I used 1 cup in the recipe, but doubled it the next time I made it

  • 3/4 C of Brown Sugar

  • 5-9 Rolos (Optional)

  • 2 cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat Oven 350*

  • Spray a Bundt pan on all sides with non stick spray

  • Pour melted butter into Bundt pan after spraying it

  • Place the pecans in an even layer in the butter

  • Sparely place Rolos into the pecan mixture (This is Optional)

  • Add the Brown Sugar on top of the Pecans

  • Gently press the Sugar into the nuts

  • Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and place on top of the mixture in the Bundt pan

  • Once can of cinnamon rolls on each side

  • NOTE: Bundt pans are NOT created equal and 3 cans of cinnamon rolls may be needed

  • Bake for 30-35 Minutes

  • Turn the pan over on a serving tray and dress with the icing provided in the in the package while hot.

  • Enjoy!
