Peppers and Sprout Salad (Keto Friendly)

INGREDIENTS


Salad

  • 2 Red peppers - sliced into strips

  • 2 Yellow peppers - sliced into strips

  • 1 cup of your favorite sprouts

  • 1 Purple onion - finely chopped

  • 2 Cucumbers - sliced into strips

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half

  • 2 Stalks celery chopped

  • 1 full zest lime

Dressing

  • 1/2 t sea salt

  • 1/2 t black pepper

  • 1/2 t chopped garlic

  • 1 T Mrs. Dash Table blend Seasoning

  • 1/2 t Creole Seasoning - I use "Slap Your Mama"

  • 1 T Dill - finely chopped

  • 2 T Vegan Worcestershire Sauce - I use Annies

  • 2 T Natural organic honey - local honey is always best

  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil


Mix

  • In a large bowl combine the salad mixture.

  • Using your favorite container or measuring cup add the Dressing mixture together and whisk.

  • Pour on top of the salad then spritz the juice of the zested lime on top

  • Enjoy!
