Ingredients
18 large eggs
5 T Miracle Whip
1 T hot sauce
¼ cup dill relish
1 t Garlic Power
⅛ t cayenne pepper
1 t chipotle powder
1 T dill
2 T sugar
½ teaspoons kosher salt
salt and pepper
grapeseed oil for frying or you may use your air fryer
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups seasoned panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons very thinly sliced fresh chives
Diced Jalapenos, smoked bacon, hot sauce and dill for garnish (Dill is optional)
Directions
Boil 15 eggs for about 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
Set in an ice bath for 15 minutes rinse, peel and cut lengthwise.
Remove yolks, and place in a bowl. Add all of the seasonings, miracle whip, relish and stir until smooth.
Transfer to a quart size plastic bag, seal, and place in the refrigerator to chill.
Heat oil in a pan over medium/high heat. Make sure the pan is deep enough to fry and egg.
Dip each egg into water before placing it into the flour.
Place flour in a dish.
Whisk 3 eggs alone with a dash of salt and pepper in another dish.
Place breadcrumbs in a separate dish.
Dip each egg white half in water, Cover in flour, place in egg mixture, then Dredge in breadcrumbs, shaking off excess.
Fry up to 6 coated egg whites in hot oil at a time until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
Take the plastic bag out of the refrigerator and cut the corner making a small hole.
Pipe mixture onto each fried egg.
Garnish with Jalapeno's, bacon, hot sauce and dill.
