Making a plant butter drizzle for fondant potatoes.
In a cast iron skillet add the following:
1 stick of plant butter
2 T of fresh chopped garlic
3 Sprigs of Thyme
3 Sprigs of Rosemary
3 Sprigs of Sage
Slowly melt the butter of medium heat
Stir gently to incorporate the flavors of all of the fresh herbs
Once the butter is completely melted remove the herbs on the vine
Add Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle over your Fondant Potatoes
