Not all Christmas Cookies have to be traditional. This cookie is a Crowd pleasure among Children and Adults. Two Childhood favorite cereals combined with sprinkles make for a tasty cookie.
Ingredients and Directions
1 pack of Cream Cheese
2 sticks of Sweet Cream Butter - Unsalted
1 1/2 Cups of granulated sugar
Mix until Smooth
Comine the following
2 cups of sifted Self Rising Flour
1 t cornstarch
1 t baking soda
Add the flour mixture into the creamy mixture slowly by hand not mixer.
2 cups of Trix Cereal
1/2 cup of Rainbow Sprinkles
1/2 cup of mini white choclate morsels
1/2 cup of Fruity Pebbles
Scoop with an Ice Cream Scooper and form into balls and roll the tops in the Trix
Place the cooke dough balls on baking sheets and place into the refridgerator for at least in hour.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 14-16 minutes.
